Bismarck Officers Injured During Arrest

(Bismarck, ND) — Two Bismarck police officers are injured after trying to subdue a woman during an arrest. Police say 30-year-old Roberta Morris attempted to walk away from officers while she was detained while intoxicated and raised a hand to one officer. The arrest affidavit says Morris struggled with officers and allegedly struck an officer in the eye and bit another officer. She is charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors stemming from the struggle. Both officers sought medical attention.
