(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Supreme Court is set to decide on the disposition of quadruple murderer Chad Isaak’s case. The court met yesterday to hear arguments on whether Isaak’s appeal should proceed following his recent suicide. Isaak’s death could mean that his conviction may be set aside because it happened before he had exhausted all appeals. He was convicted in August 2021 on four counts of murder and other charges in the deaths of RJR co-owner Robert Fakler; and employees Adam Fuehrer, and married couple Bill Cobb and Lois Cobb.
