(Sturgis, SD) — New data released by the South Dakota Department of Public Safety shows DUI and drug arrests are up at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The state reported yesterday that just over 60 people had been arrested for DUI, up from 50 at the same point last year. Authorities say drug-related arrests are also up slightly compared to last year. Non-injury crashes have increased from five last year to 18 so far this year.
