(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota voters are set to decide whether or not recreational marijuana should be legalized. Secretary of State Al Jaeger said yesterday that his office accepted over 23-thousand signatures submitted July 11th by ballot measure supporters. Petitioners needed just over 15-thousand-500 signatures to move the ballot measure forward to a vote. The measure would allow people 21 or older to purchase and use recreational marijuana under certain circumstances. It would also set up a framework for the sale of the substance.
