(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo School Board may be resuming their practice of reciting the Pledge of Allegiance before meetings. The board will hold a special meeting on the subject Thursday. Members voted seven-to-two last week to discontinue reciting the pledge, citing its use of the word God as going against its inclusion policy. The vote sparked negative reactions both locally and nationally.
