(Houston, TX) — The injuries are mounting for the Twins. The team placed All-Star centerfielder Byron Buxton on the 10-day injured list yesterday with a right hip strain. Manager Rocco Baldelli says that the injury is not a major one. The 28-year-old is hitting .224 with 28 home runs and 51 RBI for Minnesota this season. The Twins called up catcher Caleb Hamilton from Triple-A in a corresponding move.
