(Rapid City, SD) — Triple A says gas prices keep falling but analysts say they could still turn around and increase this year. In Rapid City, the agency says a gallon of regular gas hit three-dollars-87 cents last Thursday. Experts say the same factors that pushed prices up this past year — including Russia’s war and low refinery capacity — can still push prices back up this year.
