Sioux Falls Relay Race Set To Raise Money For Suicide Prevention

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Participants in an upcoming relay race are raising money for suicide prevention efforts. The 437 project is made up of 12 runners who will run the 437 miles between Belle Fourche and Sioux Falls. A runner will set off on September 22nd, with runners tagging in at intervals through September 25th. Mayor Paul TenHaken is a runner and originated the idea. The route will wind through several towns, including Sturgis, Hayes, Pierre, Wessington Springs, Mitchell, and Hartford.
