(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Supreme Court says a rejected ballot measure must be placed on the November general election ballot. The measure proposes term limits for North Dakota’s governor and lawmakers. Secretary of State Al Jaeger rejected petitions supporting the measure in March, citing irregularities with the signatures. The group proposing the initiative call the decision a “big win.”
