(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources says oil production in the state is down, while natural gas production is up. Officials say July oil production dropped to over one million barrels per day. Gas production went up one-and-a-half percent. Officials say the oil production drop is likely because of fewer well completions.
