(Undated) — Landline calls to 9-1-1 in western North Dakota are working again. An outage happened yesterday afternoon, where those calling from a landline experienced “dead air.” Crews found that the issue was caused by a fiber cut about seven miles north of Bismarck. Cell phone users were able to get through. Officials say there was no delay in dispatching emergency responders.
