(Chicago, IL) — Luis Arraez reached base three times to secure his first American League batting title as the Twins beat the White Sox 10-1 at Guaranteed Rate Field. Arraez doubled in the third inning and finished the day with a .316 average. Gary Sanchez and Jermaine Palacios each homered in the victory. Louie Varland earned his first MLB win tossing five scoreless innings, and Cole Sands picked up his first save. The Twins wrap up the season as the third-place team in the AL Central at 78-and-84.
