(Fargo, ND) — Fargo officials are encouraging residents to weigh-in on a proposed pedestrian bridge in downtown. The bridge would be built over Second Street North near City Hall. The goal is to connect cyclist and pedestrian facilities with the Red River of the North. Two open house meetings are being held tomorrow at Fargo City Hall. One is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the other is from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
