Fargo Man In Custody After Pursuit In Traill County

(Emerado, ND) — A Fargo driver is in custody after a pursuit in Traill County. Authorities say 45-year-old Jesse Saldviar tried to evade officers on Highway 2, reaching speeds over 120 miles per hour. He eventually stopped north of the Hillsboro Beet Plant and was arrested. Saldviar faces charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension, fleeing a peace officer, and a drug count.
