(Bismarck, ND) — Construction on the I-94 bridge east of Bismarck is wrapping up. The North Dakota Department of Transportation has reopened 80th Street Northeast to traffic. The former bridge had been damaged several times by oversize loads during its 60 years in service. The agency launched the almost six million dollar project in April, with 90-percent of the funding coming from federal dollars.
