(Bismarck, ND) — The Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC is revealing its five-year strategic plan to deal with projected population growth. Officials gathered yesterday at the North Dakota Heritage Center and State Museum. Three main priorities in the plan are economic development marketing, product development, and middle-income housing development. The area’s population is expected to grow ten percent over the next decade.
