Bismarck Man Charged In Accidental Shooting

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is facing charges after an accidental shooting. Nineteen-year-old Timothy Duran is charged with reckless endangerment. Police say he and 23-year-old William Ebert pointed weapons at each other three times Tuesday as part of a game when Duran’s shotgun went off. Ebert was shot in his abdomen and is recovering. Duran told police he knew that the gun was loaded, but that the shooting wasn’t intentional.
