(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota’s Ethics Commission is opening an investigation into seven complaints. The panel voted unanimously yesterday to appoint a Dickinson attorney to represent the commission on the complaints. The commission also moved forward with a proposal to expand its authority. The contents of the complaints are protected by state law unless the accused grants permission to reveal them.
