Wild Fall In OT

(Boston, MA) — The Minnesota Wild opened up a five-game road trip with a 4-3 overtime loss to the Boston Bruins at TD Garden on Saturday. Jared Spurgeon forced overtime and earned Minnesota a point with a game-tying goal late in the third period, but the Bruins ended the game with a Taylor Hall goal in the extra frame. Brandon Duhaime and Matt Boldy also lit the lamp for Minnesota. The Wild are now 1-3-and-1, and they visit the Canadiens tomorrow night.
