Wild Take Down Canadiens

(Montreal, QC) — Joel Eriksson Ek scored twice to lead the Wild past the Canadiens 3-1 in Montreal. Eriksson Ek got the scoring started in the first period, and Brandon Duhaime broke a 1-1 tie in the second to put Minnesota up for good. Eriksson Ek added an empty-netter with under a minute left in regulation to seal the deal. The 2-3-and-1 Wild are on a three-game point streak. Minnesota visits Ottawa tomorrow.
