(Roberts County, SD) — It’s drug charges for one North Dakota resident after a traffic stop in far northeastern South Dakota.
According to the Roberts County Sheriff’s Office, a traffic stop just before midnight on Wednesday near the North Dakota border led to the drug arrest. A search of the stopped vehicle led to the discovery of nearly 26 grams of meth and nearly $3,000.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested for DUI, possession of meth and other charges. The incident remains under investigation.
