Wild Hold Off Senators

(Ottawa, ON) — The Minnesota Wild ended Ottawa’s winning streak with a 4-2 victory at Canadian Tire Centre. Mats Zuccarello, Kirill Kaprizov, and Ryan Hartman all scored to give Minnesota a 3-1 lead heading into the third period. The Senators got a goal from Thomas Chabot to make it a one-goal game, but Freddy Gaudreau knocked in an empty-netter to seal the deal. The 3-3-and-1 Wild are on a four-game point streak. Minnesota visits Detroit tomorrow night.
