(Minneapolis, MN) — The Twins are parting ways with four players from last year’s roster. Shortstop Carlos Correa officially opted out of the final two years of the contract he signed with the team last March. Additionally, Minnesota declined club options for first baseman Miguel Sano, and starting pitcher Dylan Bundy and Chris Archer. The Twins also picked up the option for ace starter Sonny Gray, who will earn 12-point-seven million dollars next season. Minnesota will be able to start signing free agents on Thursday.
