(Pierre, SD) — A South Dakota Libertarian Congressional candidate is making history. Collin Duprel is one of the first libertarians in South Dakota to draw over 20-percent of the vote in a U.S. House race. Duprel challenged incumbent Dusty Johnson, who won a third term Tuesday. The Democrats didn’t have a candidate in the race.
