(Bismarck, ND) — A record amount of snow for November 10th falls in Bismarck. The National Weather Service says 17 inches fell at its headquarters in the capital yesterday. That is just shy of the all-time one-day record of 17-point-three inches of snow. Some reports out of Mandan measured up to two feet of snow with snow rates ranging between one and two inches an hour.
