Troopers Help Drivers In Blizzard, Make Fentanyl Bust

(Mandan, ND) — Multiple people are in custody after North Dakota High Patrol troopers found fentanyl in two cars. Troopers say they stopped to help after several people were parked along I-94 in two cars Friday as blizzard conditions continued. Authorities say one of the drivers was driving without a valid driver’s license and troopers got a search warrant. Troopers found several bags of fentanyl, over a half dozen bottles of fentanyl, and more than 61-thousand-dollars in cash in the two cars. Two people are facing drug charges.
