Jamestown Man Gets Three Year Sentence For Hit-And-Run

(Jamestown, ND) — A Jamestown man is facing a three year prison sentence for his involvement in a deadly Barnes County hit-and-run. Wyatt Staloch pled guilty recently to three felony counts of duty in accident involving death or personal injury. North Dakota Highway Patrol says Staloch was driving a pickup that rear-ended a truck hauling a U-Haul trailer in July west of Tower City before taking off. Front passenger in the pickup 42-year-old Christina Anderson was killed, while the driver and a 14-year-old girl in the back were injured.
