(Aberdeen, SD) — More charges are being filed in the death of an Aberdeen man. Kyle Three Legs is being charged with aiding in first degree murder and accessory to first degree murder. He had already been charged with aiding in kidnapping. The new charges come three weeks after Joshua Ortley was charged with first degree murder in the death of Simon Deng.
