Montana Woman Dies In Head-On Crash Near Williston

(Williston, ND) — A Montana woman is dead after a head-on crash near Williston. The crash happened Sunday evening on Highway 85, about six miles south of Williston. Authorities say a Kansas man driving a pickup lost control and went into oncoming traffic. The 61-year-old Montana woman was pronounced dead at the scene. No word on the condition of the Kansas man. The crash remains under investigation.
