(Phoenix, AZ) — NFL star J.J. Watt is retiring. In a post on Twitter, he said Arizona’s overtime loss Sunday to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was his last ever home game. Watt posted pictures with his wife and new child, saying it was his son’s first game. He said his heart is filled with “nothing but love and gratitude.” The former Wisconsin Badger has been in the league since 2011 when he was drafted by Houston. In a tweet, the Pro Football Hall of Fame said Watt would be first eligible for possible induction in 2028.
