(Fargo, ND) — A man facing more than a dozen charges, including attempted murder, is in the custody of the North Dakota State Hospital. Court documents filed Tuesday show 28-year-old Maichael Sousa has been committed to the hospital for treatment. Police say he was involved in a hit-and-run crash July 19th that left a 34-year-old man in critical condition followed by several other crashes. He is also accused of firing shots from a south Fargo apartment balcony and firing at police. A status conference is set to take place in March.
