Investigators Release Name Of Woman Killed Along I-29

(Cass County, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol is providing more information on the death of a pedestrian along I-29 in Cass County. The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Destinee Tuttle of Santee. According to reports, Tuttle was standing in one of the two southbound lanes when she was hit and killed. The driver who struck the woman is cooperating with investigators.
