Tribal Chairman Jaime Azure addressed the joint session in Bismarck yesterday, noting the pandemic has caused a strain on the relationship between tribes and the state. Azure highlighted the economic development that spawned from the pandemic. In his statement, Azure said tribes provide three-billion dollars in annual revenue to North Dakota.
