(Bismarck, ND) — The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library is getting major upgrades thanks to a 50-million dollar donation. The governor also announced 20-million dollars in emergency snow removal grants after recent storms pummeled the state. A 60-percent income tax reduction for North Dakotans turned some heads, as Governor Burgum says he’s looking to make the state more attractive.
