Resident Removed From Fargo Home Deemed Too Dangerous To Inhabit

(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo man is under arrest after refusing to leave his home that is scheduled to be demolished. Danial Curtis and nine others were removed from the property early yesterday morning after a months-long stalemate. The local government had posted no-trespassing orders on the property at 924 5th Street South, but Curtis ignored them. The home near Hawthorne Elementary School has been declared too dangerous to inhabit and will be torn down in a few weeks.
