OSHA Investigating Wednesday’s Pre-Dawn Accident That Left Worker Dead

(West Fargo, ND) — Federal officials are investigating last week’s fatal workplace accident in West Fargo. A spokesperson for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration say the accident happened around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday at a FedEx Freight facility. The as-yet-unidentified victim, described as a 29-year-old FedEx employee, reportedly was attempting to load a pallet onto a semi tractor-trailer when the pallet came loose, tipped over and crushed him. No other injuries were reported.
