(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Sioux Falls City Council is providing an update to its five-year action plan. With historic growth over these past few years, more housing is among the biggest needs. During a meeting last night, the city’s housing development director, Logan Penfield, said close to 13-thousand people have moved to the city since 2021. Finding ways to drive a new workforce is also a priority. The entire 2026 Housing Action Plan can be found on the city’s website, siouxfalls.org.
