Wild Rally Past Capitals In Second Period

(Washington, DC) — The Wild scored three times in the second period of their 4-2 win over the Washington Capitals at Capital One Arena. Jonas Brodin tied the game at two with his first goal of the season, and Jared Spurgeon knocked in the eventual game-winning goal with his second score of the game. Joel Eriksson Ek also lit the lamp in the victory. The Wild are still in third place in the Central Division with 54 points and a 25-14-and-4 record. Minnesota is at Carolina tomorrow.
