Senate Committee Passes Bill To Make Medical Marijuana More Accessible

(Pierre, SD) — A Senate committee is advancing a bill that would make medical marijuana more accessible in South Dakota. The sole committee member voting against the bill says the state shouldn’t act in the place of the FDA when evaluating which conditions should be eligible for medical marijuana use.
