More Bills Related To Proposed Carbon Pipeline Under Consideration

(Bismarck, ND) — More bills related to the proposed Carbon Summit Solutions CO2 pipeline are being heard. One of the latest bills would exclude carbon dioxide carriers from exercising eminent domain. Another would require a combination of 85-percent of landowners to agree to a project before eminent domain could be used. No action has been taken on any of the pipeline related bills.
