Congressman Johnson Invites Sheriffs To Biden’s SOTU

(Pennington County, SD) — Congressman Dusty Johnson is inviting two South Dakota sheriffs to President Biden’s State of the Union address. Johnson invited new Pennington County Sheriff Brian Mueller and Moody County Sheriff Troy Wellman to be his guests at today’s speech. Mueller hopes the President addresses border security and the flow of fentanyl into the country, which he says would directly impact the Pennington County crime rate. Mueller says he is hopeful Congress can take bipartisan action on the issue.
