(Moorhead, MN) — Two major roads in Minnesota are closed because of white out conditions. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has closed I-94 from Moorhead to Fergus Falls. Highway 210 from Breckenridge to Fergus Falls is also closed because of high winds and blowing snow. Officials say all roads in Clay County should be considered closed because of dangerous whiteout conditions. Deputies are assisting the Minnesota State Patrol with several vehicles in ditches along Highway 10 and I-94.
