(Pierre, SD) — The South Dakota Medical Cannabis Program is issuing a product recall targeting a medical cannabis company. SDMCP’s medical cannabis administrator announced this week that the program is requesting a voluntary product recall of products from 605 Cannabis, known as Badlands. Officials allege the company failed to test products, and was involved in mislabeling and contamination, lacked inventory tracking, and failed to have licenses for edible products. The company is cooperating with the recall request.
