(Los Angeles, CA) — Tiger Woods is now fresh off his best performance since a car crash threatened to end his career in 2021. Woods competed at the Genesis Invitational in Los Angeles in his first competitive tournament since The Open Championship last July. He finished tied for 45th and one-under for the entire tournament, shooting a weekend best 67 on Saturday. Jon Rahm went on to take the Genesis Invitational crown by two stokes, finishing at 17 under par. It’s not exactly known when Woods will compete again but it very well could be at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in two weeks or the Players Championship the week after.
