(Undated) — Brock Purdy won’t be undergoing elbow surgery as planned this week. The NFL Network reports the 49ers quarterback met with Dr. Keith Meister, who recommended they postpone the surgery due to ongoing inflammation in Purdy’s right elbow. The sides are expected to meet again in early March. Purdy is set to have a “surgical UCL repair augmented with an InternalBrace.” The 23-year-old QB is expected to recover in about six months after the procedure.
