(Bismarck, ND) — The State House Of Representatives is against party hunting in North Dakota. Lawmakers struck down House Bill 1377 that would have allowed anyone in a group of ten or less hunters to kill more than one deer. The bill failed – 26 in favor and 67 against. Another hunting-related bill, House Bill 1151 passed prohibiting Game and Fish banning deer baiting.
