(Bismarck, ND) — A North Dakota bison meat plant is set to expand. The state Agricultural Products Commission approved a 250-thousand dollar grant earlier this month for North American Bison. The corporation operates a plant in New Rockford. The grant will go towards a 550-thousand dollar expansion project, which will include upgraded technology and centralized operations.
