(Sioux Falls, SD) — The United States Postal Service is asking folks to clear off their mailboxes. The USPS says piled snow can keep its carriers from reaching mailboxes safely. Folks are asked to make sure there’s a path big enough for mail trucks to get to their mailboxes and to make sure their mailboxes aren’t buried in snow. The USPS says blocked mailboxes can also prevent the mail from being delivered on time.
