(Indianapolis, IN) — The Baltimore Ravens know to have success in the NFL a team needs a great quarterback. Ravens’ general manager Eric DeCosta confirmed to reporters at the scouting combine Wednesday that he covets great players, covets quarterbacks and loves Lamar Jackson. When asked whether he has to consider trading the starting quarterback at some point, DeCosta said “that has not factored in one time with me.” Jackson is looking to sign a long-term contract after completing his rookie deal this past season. If the sides can’t reach a new contract by Tuesday, Baltimore would have to put the franchise tag on him to keep him from becoming an unrestricted free agent.
