BCA Considering Providing Independent Review Of Buffalo Man’s Death

(Robbinsdale, MN) — The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is considering conducting an independent review of the death of a man whose body was found in Crystal Lake. The Robbinsdale Police Department requested the review of the death. Khalil Azar was found dead in the waters of Crystal Lake in July. The BCA is evaluating the request.
